|New Website Instructions|
There are a few things you need to do to take full advantage of our new site offerings. Please note that all accounts are free and you can set your own privacy settings within your account.
SLPs who have already taken PROMPT training:
If you have already taken PROMPT training, please use the e-mail address you used when you registered for your last workshop to re-set your password. Please click here for the re-set screen.
If you do not receive a message from the system after following the instructions above, we likely have an old e-mail on file for you. If you do not receive a re-set e-mail within an hour, send your name and current e-mail address to email@example.com
It is important to keep your information up-to-date so people looking for PROMPT-trained SLPs
can find you!
If you cannot find your information, or you believe your workshop completion dates are incorrect, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry. If you took PROMPT prior to 2008, it may take several weeks to research your file.
Please note that PROMPT Institute staff can only change e-mail addresses, reset passwords and change workshop dates - all other information must be updated by the member within their online login.
SLPs who have not yet taken PROMPT training
Please click the "Haven't Registered Yet" link in the sign-in block on the left hand side of the site. You will need to complete your profile prior to registering for any PROMPT training. Your profile will become visible to others visiting the site once you have completed your Introduction to PROMPT training.
Parents/Families Searching for PROMPT-trained SLPs
We know it has been a difficult process for many parents to connect with a PROMPT-trained SLP in their area. One of the main reasons we have upgraded our site is a major enhancement to our SLP search capability. At the time of our conversion (December 2015) we have asked all of our PROMPT-trained therapists to vist our site and update their profile. We have included several profile categories to help you find an SLP, but it may take some time for many therapists to update their profile information. We sincerely hope the database improves over time and we thank you for your patience as we make every effort available to motivate PROMPT-trained therapists to update their profiles.
