Executive Director: Guy Lisella
Guy began working with the institute in 2011. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation and more than 10 in executive-level management, Guy continues to improve the operations, outreach and growth of the Institute.
Guy is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Guy has continued his education through the Andersen School of Management at the University of New Mexico and intensive study in Malcolm Baldridge performance excellence criteria.
Director of Operations: Scott Curtis
Scott manages the entire education program at the PROMPT Institute. Please contact Scott if you are interested in sponsoring a workshop in your area.
Originally from the northeast, Scott has been in Santa Fe for 14 years working in community association and property management and prior to this enjoyed a 10 year career in human resources, recruiting, and project management.
Accountant: Charlotte Witt
Charlotte manages all of the financial operations at the PROMPT Institute. Any inquiries for financial information should be forwarded to Charlotte.
Charlotte has more than 10 years of experience working in the accounting department of a top-rated financial institution. Charlotte's experience has allowed her to make great strides in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the Institute's financial operations, particularly through the automation of many of our processes.
Development and Communications Manager: Rachel Fredell
Rachel coordinates our outreach to parents of children receiving PROMPT treatment and manages fundraising efforts to raise money for treatment grants and research.
Program Services Coordinator: Nicole Silva
Nicole manages Practicum and Certification Projects and is the Workshop coordinator for the Northwest, Midwest, Western and Southwestern states in the US, .
